By participating in our activities, you agree to our core values, our safety rules, and to accept the following terms of use to ensure a rewarding and safe equestrian experience for everyone.

Security Commitment

By choosing to participate in our Academy activities, you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the practice of horse riding. You agree to:

• Carefully follow all instructions and safety guidelines given by our instructors and staff.
• Respect the rules of conduct within the Academy, both on foot and on horseback, for your safety and that of other riders and horses.
• Take care of the equipment made available to you and maintain the cleanliness of the facilities.

Liability and Waiver

You accept that horse riding, like any sport, presents risks of injury. By participating in the Academy's activities, you waive any recourse in the event of material or personal damage occurring on the site or during equestrian activities, unless such damage is the direct result of the negligence of the Academy or its staff.

General Rules of the Academy

• The safety and welfare of horses is paramount. Any mistreatment or neglect of animals will result in disciplinary action.
• Respect for the Academy environment is essential. Please keep common areas clean and report any damaged equipment.
• Presence on the Academy site outside opening hours is only permitted with prior permission.
• Instructions from coaches and staff must be followed at all times to ensure smooth running of activities.

Health and First Aid

In the event of an accident, the Academy undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its riders. This includes, if necessary, providing first aid or arranging transport to a medical centre.

Image Rights

The Academy reserves the right to use photos or videos taken during activities for its promotional and communication needs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for missed classes or services without 48 hours notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we will endeavour, where possible, to provide suitable solutions.
