Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the equestrian program, classes, events and related activities of the International Equestrian Academy INC., the undersigned understands and agrees to the following:

There is a significant risk of injury from the activities of this program, including the possibility of permanent paralysis and death, and although careful rules, proper equipment, and personal discipline can reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury exists;

I therefore knowingly and freely assume all such risks, known and unknown, even if they arise from the negligence of the Releasees or other persons, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.

I voluntarily agree to comply with the established and customary terms and conditions of participation. However, if I notice any significant unusual risk during my attendance and participation, I will withdraw from the activity and immediately bring this risk to the attention of the nearest official;

On behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, I hereby release and discharge the International Equestrian Academy INC., their officers, directors, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, promoting organizations, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, the owners and lessors of the venues used for the event and/or lessors of horses used ("Releasees"), from any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to any person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or arising from any other cause.

I have read this Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, I fully understand its terms, I understand that I am giving up important rights by signing it, and I sign it voluntarily without having been induced to do so.

For minor participants (under 18 years old)

This is to certify that as the parent/guardian having legal responsibility for this participant, I freely consent and agree that the participant releases, as provided in this 1-page document entitled "Client Record, Waiver and Release of Liability", all releasees and for myself, my heirs, assigns and next of kin. I release and agree to indemnify the releasees from all liabilities arising from my minor child's participation in the programs as provided in this document.

Policy Notice – Refunds and Replacement Courses

Please note that all payments made for sessions, group classes or activities are non-refundable , regardless of the reason.

However, if at least 48 hours' notice is given, participants may be eligible for an alternative course, subject to availability .
